Delivery Policy – DRAGON4DEALS

Effective Date: November 19, 2025

1. Overview

This Delivery Policy describes how DRAGON4DEALS LTD (“Dragon4Deals”, “we”, “our”) delivers digital products purchased on www.dragon4deals.com.
All items sold are digital non-physical goods such as gift card codes, wallet top-ups, gaming vouchers, and activation keys.

We do not ship physical products.


2. Delivery Method

All digital products are delivered instantly through two secure channels:

2.1 Inventory Page (Account Area)

After payment is approved, your code is immediately available under:

My Account → Inventory / My Orders → View Code

This is the primary and fastest delivery channel.

2.2 Email Delivery

A copy of your digital code is also sent automatically to the email address used during checkout.

Customers should check all folders, including:

  • Inbox
  • Spam/Junk
  • Promotions/Filtered tabs

3. Delivery Timeframes

3.1 Instant Delivery

Most orders are delivered within seconds after payment is successfully processed.

3.2 Manual Review Delays

Some orders may be briefly delayed if flagged for:

  • Payment security checks
  • Fraud protection
  • Mismatched region or suspicious behaviour
  • KYC/verification requirements

In such cases, delivery may take:

  • Up to 1–3 hours, or
  • Up to 24 hours in rare cases

You will be informed if your order requires verification.


4. Failed or Missing Delivery

If you do not receive your order:

  1. Check your Inventory Page in your account.
  2. Check your email, including spam/junk folders.
  3. Ensure your payment was completed successfully.

5. Incorrect Email Address

If an incorrect email was entered during checkout:

  • Delivery is considered successful once the product is available in your Inventory Page.
  • We cannot resend codes to a different email after they have been delivered or viewed.
  • If the code is still unrevealed, we may update the email address at our discretion.

6. Delivery Completion

An order is officially marked as Completed when:

  • The digital code is available in the Inventory Page, OR
  • The digital code email has been delivered.

Once delivered, digital goods are non-refundable, in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.


7. Technical Issues

If delivery is delayed due to:

  • Server errors
  • Email provider issues
  • Payment processor downtime

We will resolve the issue promptly and ensure successful delivery or issue a refund if delivery is not possible.
