KYC / Verification Policy – DRAGON4DEALS

Effective Date: November 19, 2025

1. Purpose of Verification

To protect our platform, customers, and payment partners from fraud and abuse, Dragon4Deals LTD may require identity verification (“KYC”) from certain users.

KYC is performed to:

  • Verify legitimate customers
  • Prevent stolen card use
  • Comply with AML/CTF guidelines
  • Reduce chargebacks and fraud attempts

We only request information when necessary and process all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


2. When Verification Is Required

You may be asked to complete KYC verification in the following cases:

  • High-value or unusual purchases
  • Multiple failed payments
  • Suspicious or inconsistent behaviour
  • Orders flagged by payment security systems
  • Mismatch between region/product/payment method
  • Refund or dispute investigations

Verification is mandatory when requested. Refusal may result in order cancellation or account restriction.


3. Verification Methods

Depending on the level of risk, we may request one or more of the following:

3.1 Identity Documents

  • Passport
  • National ID card
  • Driver’s licence

3.2 Address Verification

  • Utility bill
  • Bank statement
  • Internet/phone bill
  • Official government letter

All documents must be:

  • Clear and readable
  • Valid and unexpired
  • Matched to the customer placing the order

3.3 Payment Ownership Verification

To protect against stolen payment methods, we may ask for:

  • A photo of the card with sensitive data hidden
  • Screenshot of digital wallet ownership (PayPal, Revolut, etc.)
  • Matching billing name and address

3.4 Selfie / Liveness Check

For high-risk cases, a live selfie or video verification may be required.


4. Data Protection

All documents provided are:

  • Handled securely
  • Stored in encrypted form
  • Never shared with third parties unless legally required
  • Used only for fraud prevention and compliance purposes

5. Failure to Complete KYC

Dragon4Deals may:

  • Cancel the order
  • Refuse delivery
  • Restrict or close the account
  • Report suspicious activity where required by law

6. Verification Timeframes

KYC reviews are typically processed within:

  • 15–60 minutes during working hours
  • Up to 24 hours during high-demand periods

7. Zero Tolerance for Fraud

Any attempt to use stolen cards, false documents, or fraudulent identities results in:

  • Immediate account ban
  • Order cancellation
  • Reporting to payment networks and authorities
