This Refund & Cancellation Policy describes how DRAGON4DEALS LTD (“Dragon4Deals”, “we”, “our”) handles refunds, order cancellations, and issues related to digital product delivery on www.dragon4deals.com.
Because we sell digital non-tangible goods, special rules apply to ensure security and prevent misuse.

By purchasing from our Website, you agree to the terms below.


2. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold by Dragon4Deals are digital gift cards, activation codes, wallet top-ups, and gaming vouchers.
These are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered or revealed due to their one-time-use nature.

A delivered digital code cannot be resold or returned, and once viewed, it is considered used.


3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only provided in the following cases:

3.1 Invalid or Non-Working Code

A refund or replacement will be issued if:

  • The code is proven invalid or already redeemed before you received it.
  • The code cannot be activated due to an error caused by our supplier.
  • The product delivered does not match the item purchased.

You may be asked to provide:

  • A screenshot or recording showing the error message,
  • The account or platform where the code was attempted,
  • Additional verification to confirm non-use.

If the code is valid but the customer attempts to redeem it incorrectly (wrong platform, region, currency, or user error), it does not qualify for a refund.


3.2 Delivery Failure

A refund is granted if:

  • We cannot deliver the purchased product, or
  • The order remains unfulfilled beyond 24 hours and is not under fraud/security review.

Orders delayed due to fraud checks or payment verification do not qualify as delivery failure.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The customer purchased the wrong region (e.g., US code for EU account).
  • The customer purchased the wrong platform.
  • The customer claims they “changed their mind”.
  • The code was already redeemed after delivery.
  • The customer refuses to complete verification (required for fraud or security).
  • The customer provided incorrect email/contact details.
  • Attempted “friendly fraud” or chargeback after receiving a working code.

Once a code has been delivered or viewed, the sale is considered final.


5. Order Cancellation Policy

5.1 Before Delivery

Orders may be cancelled before the code is delivered or revealed, unless:

  • The order is under payment review,
  • The order was already approved and processed by our system,
  • The product has limited stock.

5.2 After Delivery

Orders cannot be cancelled after the digital code has been delivered, viewed, or sent.


6. Verification Requirements

To protect against fraud, we may require:

  • Identity verification (ID, proof of address),
  • Proof of payment method ownership,
  • Additional security questions.

Failure to comply may result in cancellation without refund.


7. Chargebacks & Dispute Handling

If you file a chargeback after receiving a valid working code, Dragon4Deals reserves the right to:

  • Submit evidence to the payment provider,
  • Close your account permanently,
  • Report misuse or fraud attempts.
