Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival launched on October 8, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The survival-horror action game is published by Saber Interactive in partnership with Boss Team Games, built on a license Lament GameCo holds from Clive Barker and Park Avenue Entertainment, and it marks Barker’s long-awaited return to video games.
A Puzzle Box, a Rescue, and an Army of Cenobites
The story begins when you unwittingly solve the Lament Configuration puzzle box and kickstart Pinhead’s ritual, unleashing torment on the world. Pinhead is voiced once again by original film actor Doug Bradley. To rescue your love from the Cenobites, you descend into the Labyrinth and fight through Hell’s armies — wretches, deviants, cultists, and infernal priests — using an arsenal of earthly weapons alongside the box’s own powers: pyrokinesis, telekinesis, and Hell Chains.
The Standard Edition runs $39.99 and the Deluxe Edition $49.99, with a Collector’s Edition available for pre-order that bundles licensed collectibles with all Deluxe and pre-order bonuses. Every pre-order unlocks the Labyrinth Pistol Skin and Martyr Sawblade Skin.
