Embark Studios pushed Live Update 2.3.0 for ARC Raiders on October 27, 2026. The patch is lighter on new content than past updates, but it reworks several pieces of gear Raiders lean on every match and adjusts where the best loot spawns on two of the game’s most contested maps.

A New Cosmetic Set and a Memorial Project

The update adds the Noxious Set, a new store cosmetic bundle, alongside Souls Offering, a player project that lets Raiders pause to honor fallen Raiders rather than a straightforward gameplay reward.

Heavy Shield, Flame Spray, and Adrenaline Shot Get Reworked

The Heavy Shield’s base charge was raised from 80 to 90, and the Flame Spray now deals 13 damage per second, up from 10, while its durability drain was cut in half. The Firefly Burner now ignites on impact when thrown and leaves a trail of fire behind it. The Adrenaline Shot can now be used at max stamina, no longer stacks its effect, and refreshes its duration on reuse instead of layering.

Loot and Blueprint Adjustments

Loot on the Emperor and the Frigate was rearranged so the highest-tier rewards sit deeper inside each location, rewarding Raiders willing to push further in. Several blueprints, including the Dolabra, Bobcat, Equalizer, Jupiter, Tempest, and Vulcano, can now drop under any major map condition. The Emperor Key blueprint’s drop chance from Redirection pods was reduced, offset by more ARC parts and high-tier ARC loot, and Furniture Design drop rates were corrected so the rarest items are rarer again.

Bug Fixes and Known Issues

Embark fixed several Grappling Hook launch, reeling, and animation issues, reduced Frigate crashes and Xbox Series S audio memory use, added a workaround for an AMD RX 7000 ray-tracing crash, and patched stuck spots on Pendola Pass, Spaceport, and Stella Montis. The Expedition Vault is being disabled; players are compensated with Bronze Statuettes, and its contents move to the stash. Known issues include Raider Tool skins not applying correctly and some quest objectives failing to complete.
