Clive Barker’s Hellraiser: Revival launches October 8, 2026, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, and it carries a genuinely notable distinction: this is the first-ever Hellraiser video game, nearly four decades after the franchise first unleashed the Cenobites. Developer and publisher Saber Interactive built it as a first-person horror action game, with a Standard Edition at $39.99 and a Deluxe Edition at $49.99.

The story drops an unwitting protagonist into solving the Genesis Configuration, a puzzle box in the tradition of the series’ iconic Lament Configuration, after accidentally triggering a ritual that unleashes Pinhead’s ultimate torment on the world. From there it is a descent into the Labyrinth to rescue a kidnapped love interest from the Cenobites, fighting through cultists, priests, and Hell’s creatures along the way.

Pyrokinesis, Hell Chains, and Doug Bradley's Pinhead

Solving the Genesis Configuration itself grants the player powers pulled straight from Hellraiser lore, including pyrokinesis, telekinesis, and Hell Chains, which get folded into both combat and environmental puzzle-solving. The series’ original Pinhead, Doug Bradley, returns to voice the character, which should go a long way toward making this feel like a canon entry rather than a generic skin on top of a horror shooter.

Where to Buy It

Hellraiser: Revival is up for pre-purchase now on Steam ahead of its October 8 launch. Grabbing it on PC is simplest with a Steam Wallet Code (US), while console players can load up with a PSN Gift Card (US) or an Xbox Live Gift Card (US) depending on your platform of choice.
