Patch 7.56 Adds the Beastmaster Job
Square Enix released Final Fantasy XIV Patch 7.56 on September 8, 2026, introducing Beastmaster as a new limited job. The patch also carries new Main Scenario Quest content that leads directly into the upcoming “Evercold” expansion, continuing Eorzea’s story ahead of the next full expansion cycle.
New Housing Furnishings and a Fresh Hairstyle
Beyond the job and story content, Patch 7.56 adds a new hairstyle option and additional player-housing furnishings, continuing Square Enix’s pattern of layering lifestyle and cosmetic content into mid-expansion patches alongside the bigger story and job releases.
