New Cities, Resorts, and Water Activities

KRAFTON’s life-sim inZOI, developed by inZOI Studio, rolled out its September 3, 2026 update this week, headlined by a new Vacation system that lets Zois travel to different cities, book accommodations, and use resort amenities like private spas and beachside dining. The patch also adds two full water-activity systems: scuba diving, with rentable or purchasable diving suits for exploring underwater areas and collecting exclusive resources, and surfboard surfing built around a balance-based mini-game.

Dining, School, and Business Overhauls

The update adds a genuine restaurant dining loop — parties get seated, order from chefs, and pay once the meal is done — and the same system powers player-run restaurant businesses. Schools get customizable uniforms, transferable students, weekend homework options, and romantic-interest notes tucked into lockers, while business owners can edit titles, hire NPCs outside their own relationships, set work-schedule presets, and remove disruptive customers. Under the hood, Zois get noticeably smarter “autonomy” behavior based on time, place, and occasion, alongside improved baby progression and better contextual decision-making.

Build mode also picks up basement construction (up to three floors), public lots up to 29 floors, five new lodges, three new restaurants, and 60 new interaction objects.

Getting inZOI

inZOI is available now on Steam for PC. If you need funds for the in-game shop or future DLC, a Steam Wallet Code (US) covers it, and you can browse more life-sim and management titles in our Simulation category or the wider Steam section.
