Bigby Wolf Returns After 13 Years
The Wolf Among Us Remastered launched on October 29, 2026, bringing Telltale Games’ noir detective adventure to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC. Developed by Telltale Games and published by PM Studios, the remaster lets players step back into the role of Bigby Wolf, Sheriff of Fabletown, as he investigates a string of murders tearing through the hidden community of fairy-tale exiles living in New York City.
What's New in the Noir Mode
The headline addition is a new Noir Mode, a presentation option that reworks the game’s lighting and color grading into a stark black-and-white comic-noir look inspired by Bill Willingham’s original Fables artwork. Alongside the new visual mode, the remaster carries over the original 2013 game’s episodic story and choice-driven investigation beat for beat, while bringing the character models, environments, and interface up to current-generation resolution and frame rate standards.
